SOAR is our system of school-wide proactive Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports at King Elementary School. Through clear expectations for behavior and engagement across settings; lesson plans and guidance on appropriate behavior from teachers; recognition and incentives to encourage student buy-in; and interventions to assist students that are struggling, we work to create a trusted, inviting, and beneficial school climate for students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
